Garbanzo beans blended with garlic, minced onions, parsley, and herbs, rolled and fried crisp. With tahini sauce and tomatoes. Includes hummus, pita, tzatziki, Greek salad, steamed basmati rice and rice pudding. Large serves 18-20 guests and Small serves 10-12 guests.
