Chef Lusy Gradzhyan shares family recipes for authentic Mediterranean food with patrons who savored taste and quality. Every day, we focus on creating healthy, freshly-prepared cuisine, never sourcing ingredients from pre-made sauces, packaged foods or canned ingredients. We select fresh vegetables, meats and seasonings. The recipes were taught to Chef Lusy by her grandmother when she lived in Armenia and have been passed down through generations of her family with Syrian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean influences.
